Muscle toning exercises should be a part of virtually all weight loss programs, as there are several health and fitness benefits that are primarily derived only from strength training. TPX assists clients in performing muscle toning exercise type workouts that are sure to improve muscular strength, increase lean muscle mass and density as well as improve muscular endurance.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Core strength training helps ensure that your torso remains steady while you run and also stabilizes your trunk which keeps it from wobbling when you move your arms and legs. TPX implements core training exercises which achieve two important things, they are helping you look thinner, as well as supports your spine to aide with things like balance.
