Here are some fitness tips to help you live a HOLISTIC life.


​1. Try to drink a minimum of 1 gallon a water each day.


2.Stretch for at least 10mins before and after a workout.


3. Stretching when you wake up is a good way to get blood flowing and get ready for your day.


​4. Part of holistic living is having a holistic or somewhat holistic mind. So every now and again turn your phone off and just relax your mind watch a movie, read a book etc. 


​5. Lastly and probably the most important, when you sleep make sure your phone is at least 3 feet away from you to insure you get a good nights rest.
